Dishwasher has a simple design but functions well. Multiple washing options to fit any need. Door is a little heavy and utensil basket doesn't actually attach to the bottom rack, but bottom screen prevents food buildup and is easy to clean. Cleans the dishes really well even on the short wash. Good value for the price. Overall pleased with performance.

Like the dishwasher appearance and the settings are pretty easy to understand. My only complaint is that it does not clean as well as it says...no rinse/just wash hype isn't always accurate. Not always but usually the top drawer, back right dishes aren't as clean as they should be.

After having this dishwasher for under a month, after running a cycle, I found one of the washer discs fell off and burned to the heater at the bottom. I was told that this was due to "loader error" My take on that is that you are only able to load larger items into this dishwasher and it was very poorly designed. I also have to add that the washing quality is not great. You would expect for a brand new dishwasher to wash phenomenally, but that was not the case.

Well worth the price IMO for reliable daily use.Pros:* Smooth, pleasant design from the front.* Remembers the last setting used, which simplifies daily use. Has a favorite button as well.* On medium settings, cleans moderately dirty dishes and dries them thoroughly. Use the highest heat though if your dish load has a lot of water pockets.* Very quiet for a dishwasher. Doesn't annoy me even standing next to it.* The rack prongs open up for flexible loading configurations.Cons:* Spinners don't line up under the farthest corner of the racks, so don't put anything small there. The water spray WILL reach your corner dish as long as the opening reaches two inches inward.* Large utensils don't go in the silverware tray. They lay down in the top rack which takes up a lot of space.

Love the style, the color and the wash is simply amazing!!! I no longer have to pre-wash my dishes AT ALL!! I used hot water with a jet spray to get cake pudding off the sides of a pan and a hot jet spray straight to the sides wasn't making a difference at all so i decided to see just how good the dishwasher is. Sooooo i stuck it in there (with a full load of course) popped a Cascade Platinum Action pac and when it got done, first thing i did was pull that pan and it was spotless!!! I was so excited i had to show everyone in the house. They had a sale so i didn't pay full price. Shipping wasn't to bad. It was a little longer than i wanted to wait but it was WELL WORTH IT!

There are 2 things I like about this dishwasher the landlords bought to replace the one that stopped working. 1. It's quiet. 2. the "stainless steel" finish does not fingerprint or show water drop marks. But these are minor compared to what bugs me.But on to the issues. I find it doesn't really clean completely. I think it does not move as much water as efficiently as the old one did (not same brand). I am very careful not to overlap things or overload even though this unit does not hold as much as the previous one we had. And even on Max Dry setting, stuff is still damp feeling. Plastics are not dry and need to be toweled dry. They are never properly dry like the previous brand provided. I see no difference between the standard dry setting and the max dry setting. It's ridiculous. The side walls and floor are always wet with condensation drops. I prop the door open if I can't empty it right away because I am concerned about mold starting in a dark damp environment.REally Frigidaire is it THAT hard to make a unit that actually dries completely?

We selected the ™€œupgrade™€ option from the builder of our new house which included this Frigidaire dishwasher. Compared to the Kitchenaid dishwasher in our old home and the Samsung we have in our condominium, the Fridgidare comes in as a distant third. Aside from the fact that it doesn™€™t get the dishes completely dry, the gap between the door and the interior creates a valley that catches the wheels on the bottom dish rack when pulling out the rack to load and unload dishes. Just plain annoying. On the plus side, we like the green and blue lights that signal when the dishwasher is on or off.

I am a little disappointed in the interior of the dishwasher. Cheap plastic!!!!!! I don't feel it's a very high quality appliance and am wishing I would have chosen something else. It's also dark black in there and difficult to see inside the unit. I do not like the set up of loading dishes in it. The way the dishes are sitting in it seems like it will either waste a whole lot of space or be so on top of each other that they will not get cleaned thoroughly.

This dishwasher does exactly what I want it to, clean my dishes and bakeware without letting me know it's doing anything. The rotating spray disk on the washer arms is certainly not a gimmick, it cleans the dishes faster and more thoroughly. The normal cycle is faster (including drying) than the quick cycle was on my old washer (GE). I also appreciate the low-key status light that shines on the floor to tell you if it is mid-cycle (blue) or complete (green), this was a nice touch I was not expecting.

Sleek design with powerful clean

I have been so happy with this new unit! Our previous GE unit struggle to clean and dry without us having to rinse everything that went into it beforehand. This unit has two separate cleaning engines so each level of the dishwasher is getting the same level of power to clean things off with minimal rinsing needed. I also love all the different configurations we can make. The racks have different folding capabilities that allow us to put in larger dishes/pots nicely or if we want to put bowls on the top shelf vs. the bottom, we can do that too. I also like that the silverware holder is movable. We have a lot of sports bottles that are too large to go on the top shelf, so being able to move that silverware rack around gives us the ability to use that space to the side of that rack. The different settings are pretty straightforward. I do like the hidden buttons, which I feel give it a more clean display when it's closed. I absolutely LOVE the different lights that illuminate on the floor to let us know when it's dirty or clean, but the clean light will go away if you remove one clean dish and close the door again without unloading the whole thing. My only complaint is that we haven't been able to find a dry setting that truly gets all the dishes dry. We may figure that out eventually, but for now, that is my only complaint.

This is a fantastic dishwasher that looks great. I was really happy with how dry my dishes were and I didn't even use the Maxdry setting yet. Literally the only downside was that the top rack only mode had a few noises (clunks) throughout the wash and the door is on the heavy side.My favorite part of the dishwasher is the lights along the bottom. It is blue while the washer is running and green when they cycle is done. Reminds me to unload it! I like that it has a countdown of minutes until the cycle is over as well. Many settings for just what you need.

We received our dishwasher a few days ago and are enjoying all the features it has to offer. Esthetically, the exterior has a nice clean look with an integrated handle. The controls are on the top edge, allowing for them to be almost hidden when the door is closed. The interior has a darker color versus the prior model we had, giving it a modern look to match the outside. I like the silverware caddy, it fits a large amount of utensils and can be removed for easy unloading. As far at the functionality goes, it has met all expectations we had for a dishwasher. I prefer to run it on the highest wash and heat settings for best results versus the energy efficient settings, but that™€™s just personal preference. I find the dishes to dry the best this way. The spinning blade does an excellent job cleaning, but you do have to make sure nothing on the bottom rack touches the blade in the process (I just do a quick check before running). The delayed start feature is great, as our kitchen opens to our living room and we prefer to load it after dinner, but run it after we go to bed. Sound isn™€™t an issue for us since we typically run it after we go to bed, but I don™€™t find it to be noisy if I run it during the day, either. You do have to push the start button prior to closing the door, which was a little different from other brands we™€™ve had in the past, no issues with this, just a note for someone that can™€™t get it to start. Lastly, the floor light is a huge upgrade from our prior model, it illuminates green on the floor once the dishes are clean, this is by far one of my favorite features! Overall, we are very satisfied with our new Frigidaire gallery dishwasher!

Quiet and cleans great

Just replaced my older dishwasher with this one and it cleans way better and is surprisingly quiet. My kitchen is open plan so that's a big deal. I don't scrape my dishes much and I don't load the dishes very well but they come out clean anyway. My dishes get dry faster with the Max Boost setting. It also has pretty good capacity for the size (see pic of badly loaded dishwasher).
