I do 99.9% of the cooking in my house but my husband decided that since he was paying, he got to pick out the ovens (and microwave). So I was worried about what I was going to get.My old oven was horrible. No matter what I baked, I had to watch it like a hawk, turning the pan, because 1/2 would be almost raw while the other 1/2 would burn. The first thing I made in the new ovens was homemade biscuits. When I put the first batch in, I set the timer and walked away. When they were done, (should™€™ve taken a picture) OMG, perfection!!! It™€™s sooo nice not having to hover around the oven every time I bake! The next thing I did was buy the air fryer tray and give that a whirl. Again, perfection. Old air fryer, gone! I can™€™t wait to try out all the other options! Maybe I owe my husband an apology™€¦ ha!!!

Faulty Oven

Purchased May 2022 in 1 week oven not heating. Returned oven to Lowes n rec'd refund. Purchased same oven @ BrandSmart USA in August 2022. In 1 year and 1 mo - oven was not heating! After 6 mos of haggling, BrandSmart (on ext warranty) replaced oven in Feb. 2024. Here, July 17, 2024 - same problem (5 mos later)! Had to report to FRIGIDAIRE (manuf warranty) even though I purch'd extended warranty! Frig sends 3rd party who brings wrong parts/ had to initiate multiple calls to find out correct parts on back order, etc. NOW, 9/4/24 - almost 2 mos w/o an Oven! UNACCEPTABLE! This is a faulty oven - same problem over & over! Ovens last 20 years! Poor customer service/ no recourse just excuses and apologies! Requesting full reimbursement! I believe this oven will continue to have problems and do not want another replacement! And NO, I cannot imagine what "sweepstakes" from Frigidaire I would want!

Purchased the Frigidaire Gallery 30™€ double oven during a kitchen renovation (we hadn™€™t planned on replacing our ovens as our previous ovens were less than 2 years old; however during installation in new cabinets an accident occurred and the control panel was broken off and it was almost the same cost to repair as to buy new). I love that BOTH ovens have convection baking, air fryer feature, steam baking, all features in both ovens.

Replacement Double Oven

We picked the Frigidaire oven mainly because the external appearance was very similar to our old KitchenAid model. We also liked the features of this oven over other choices. It was nice that the installation size was also compatible with our cabinets. Everything is working properly after installation. We have not had a lot of time to see if there are any faults. We noted from our installer and from some online reviews that these ovens have a hard time with a deep high temp clean. Apparently, this action can fry the oven control board which sits right above the oven door. We will probably not use this feature on the upper oven and will use the steam clean cycle instead. We tend to not bake stuff that is too messy and keep our ovens clean, so we don't expect that to be an issue. We did get the 5 year warranty to protect our purchase.

Ovens were delivered and installed (the guy did a great clean up job and even polished the ovens! an all time first for me).However, the temperature in both ovens is totally off (350 is about 425, etc). I called for service to calibrate the temperatures. Guy calls to cancel- they have to order parts (? for what?). They set up another appointment (after I called again), and they called to cancel again - the wrong parts were sent.So I really cant say how I like these ovens or not, since i haven't been able to use them for the 3 weeks after installation.

The timer volume is awful. It is adjusted to full volume and you can barely hear it when standing right next to the oven. We have to use an outside timer/buzzer to time whatever my wife has in the oven. To be honest, had I known that the timer volume was this low I never would have bought this oven. We like most everything else about the oven, but this timer volume issue is a big negative.

Needs improvement on their quality control

Poor quality control with how the top edges of the doors are seamed in the front. Really sharp where the metal pieces are crimped and come together at the corners and can easily cut someone who catches the door on the edge. Called customer services who states that this is just how it is. Nothing wrong with that and it™€™s just how the manufacturing makes the door seams. You should really go and examine one at a showroom before buying it so you can decide if it is safe for you to purchase. Their customer ™€œ service™€ dept really did not provide helpful service and just switched me too hold while I was talking to her.

New 30" double wall oven

We replaced an old Gallery oven with the new one to get the 15+ cooking methods. We have tried a few so far with excellent results. We are very pleased with the upgrade. With guaranteed fitment, we were assured the new oven would fit in our cabinet.

We had a lot of cooking to do for a graduation party and our previous oven went out. This new oven, kept up with what needed to be done. I also liked that it had a warming feature. I look forward to trying some of the other features coming up.
