Grates do not fit. Middle grate unusable if you want to use other burners it offsets them. Means griddle burner exposed at all times it is not in use. Also disappointed in stainless areas. Worest ever had. Shows every mar. Would have returned had that beenan option. . Canno add pictures along with review. This is 3rd attempt

Everything But a Griddle

I like everything about this stove but was very disappointed with the center griddle burner. I hope mine is just a dud otherwise I would not recommend this stove if you want to use the center burner. It does not get hot enough so I stopped using it. When you try to adjust the middle flame, the sound of gas flow changes but the flame size barely does. The movement is not even gradual, the first few digits the flame doesn't change at all. I have tried cleaning the little holes on the burner. I have tried taking out the little copper thing that the gas comes through but they were both already clean. These tricks worked for people online but not me. Also the web site says there is a live chat option but that is just an image, it is not actually a button. My cursor doesn't change and nothing happens when I click on it. I tried calling but the recording said they were to busy to take my call. Instead of allowing me to leave contact information even wait on hold it just hangs up. I have called a couple times with no luck, what a terrible customer service system. This is the flame on high. Took like 30 minutes to make some floppy bacon.

In general very happy. I mainly only use the bake feature and the stovetop. But I do find the inside of the oven is not as big as expected. Even though it seems big, I find it not so deep, because of the fan in the back, the racks don't reach the end of the oven. When I put in a few pans, it just does not fit well. ANOTHER THING: whenever someone bumps into the knobs it turns on the flame. lt should only be that you push it in slightly and turn that the flames open. But it happened a few times and it is not safe.

Caught fire first use

Hooked up the new gas range. Used the convection setting on the oven at 400F. Cooking went fine, but I turned off the oven and noticed it still looked like it was lit thru the door. A few moments later a error code flashed (missed the exact code). Opened up the oven to see that there was a fire at the element. I turned off the gas line to the stove in case there was an issue with a control valve. But that didn't stop the flames and then I noticed a drip of some sort from the top and maybe making it's way to the bottom element causing the flames. 10min of nail biting and one toxic plume later I'm setting up a repair service for an hours old appliance. Thanks Frigidaire. Fingers crossed we don't blow up.

This is my second Frigidaire stove of this type. I found the first in Springville NY in October of 2019 and it was love at first sight. The unit is easy to keep clean, well made, and after you read the manual easy to use. Because of my age I was forced to ™€œdownsize™€. One of the first things I did was to get stove number two installed in my current house. My advice -buy one you won't be disappointed.

I bought this range because it™€™s a Frigidaire, good name. It™€™s also the exact style we needed for our new kitchen. We bought it in Nov 2021 and actually didn™€™t install it until Sept/Oct of the next year due to a longer kitchen remodel. Well a few dozen or more meals later, the igniter on the top burners have gone out and of course with only a year warranty, Frigidaire could only offer to give me the number of a local appliance repair shop. Kinda sad that it™€™s a brand new appliance and I now have to spend God knows how much to get it working properly. Guess I should have bought the extended warranty at Home Depot when I bought it. These things are designed to break.

Not real happy with this range. Tried to use the air fryer and next thing I knew the door lock came on. Tried everything suggested to solve the problem. Door lock is still on and I can't use the oven! Called to get it repaird and it won't be until the middle of April before Fred's appliance can send a service person for repair. Hate the griddle on the stove top.

Failure within two weeks of arrival

This range was received on 2/18/2023. On 3/03/2023 while heating a pan of water the left front burner blew a breaker with a loud pop. Reset the breaker and tried again. Same thing happened. Because it took Lowes over 30 days to receive and deliver the product, this is a warranty issue. Frigidaire web site only allows you to get the name of the local repair organization. No customer service line found. The chat feature is not functioning. Local repair not open over the weekend so first call possible has now set repair visit for 3/13/2023. Otherwise, the range works fine.

Love my new range! It fit perfectly In between my cabinets. The range bakes and roasts beautifully! The grates are made very well. The only thing that I would like to share with potential buyers, is hat if you are replacing a free standing range with any slide-in, you will most likely have to move the gas line lower to the floor or recessed into the wall. I took a different route and purchased a 30™€ stainless steel gap filler made to fill the gap between the range and wall. This method also gives me a surface to use for my salt and pepper shakers. I have not used the air fryer yet but if it works as great as the oven I will be very pleased. I do a lot of baking and very pleased with the results this oven is giving me!

Compared to our 10 year old kitchenmaid supurba this thing is a dream. We didn't know how dysfunctional our old one was until starting this one up. All the burners burn appropriately, low through high. The oven heats up much faster than our last one. The air fry feature is cool if we have more stuff than we need to put in our actual air fryer. All in all so far so good.

Would love to love it 100%

I will preface this review with that I do love my stove! But, yes there is a but! The major selling points of this stove were the oval burner and the air fryer. Now for my review of both of those. The center oval burner tends to have uneven heating. When using the griddle it overcooks what you place in the middle and the ends are slightly under cooked. So you do a lot of flipping around to get even cooking. The air fryer I guess works ok. I'm still cooking my way through using it. I have yet to try the convention bake/roast. Overall though I am very pleased with it.

Best oven we've ever bought

The appearance, features and price of this oven sold us! We've had this oven for six months and love it even more. The convection and air-fry capabilities are used endlessly. Cleaning it is a breeze and it always looks great! I totally recommend buy it!

We love our range. The air fry function make the house fill with smoke while cooking salmon. The hood could not keep up all the smoke. So our smoke detectors/alarm were set off.

My frigidaire gas range

I absolutely love love love my gas range. I haven™€™t use the air fryer yet, but I™€™m looking forward to that !!bakes amazing love my convection oven. it wasn™€™t a priority on my shopping for a gas range but I™€™m so glad I picked this one.
