This company provides no customer service. I had this dishwasher installed in my new home. When I went to use it, it did not work. Frigidaire would NOT send anyone out to fix it but instead did what the call a "buy-out". Their buy-out paid me $100.00 less than I had to pay for the dishwasher and then I had to pay an additional $75.00 to pay to have a new dishwasher installed. Don't expect anything from Frigidaire when your appliance goes out!!!!!!

Everything you™™d want in a dishwasher. Quiet, efficient and effective. The tall rack design is fantastic with common sense placement of slots. Air dry or heat, dishes are clean and sparkling. Add forgotten items at any time. Top buttons very convenient.

This machine was in our new home already installed. I would never have purchased this dishwasher. It has a very loud, squeaky door upon opening, not enough wash cycles to pick from, feel we waste a lot of energy and water every time it is used. In the house we sold we had just installed a Bosch, it was a basic model like this one but with so many more settings/options. It had stainless on the inside of tub, was so much more quiet and not so mechanical sounding. Bosch has a much better choice for an entry level dishwasher, I would never buy a Frigidaire when we inevitably will have to replace this Frigidaire. We will replace with a Bosch!

This is a great dishwasher. It™™s quiet without bulky insulation padding. The rack design is not adjustable, but it™™s tall and very practical. Love the buttons on top. Adding forgotten items is very easy, just hit the start button again and close it up. Dishes are dry enough for my liking. Winner!

Purchased in late 2021. A year later the top panel display and control board failed and was replaced under warranty. Fast forward 1 1/2 years later and experiencing the same problem once again and the best customer service will do is provide a 20% discount on the parts this is evidently a known design flaw the company refuses to address aside from purchasing an extended warranty. Will not ever purchase another Frigidaire dishwasher

Just a little over a year ago I purchased a suite of Samsung kitchen appliances. The dishwasher started giving me issues and I had it repaired. It started giving me issues again and I decided not to invest any more money. I went to a local store to look for dishwashers and after discussion with the salesman I decided on my Frigidaire. When the installers arrived they told me I made the right decision. I am very happy with my new dishwasher and will buy Frigidaire if any of the the other appliances need replacing.

I give this 3 stars because I™™m on my second one. My last one wouldn™™t drain and backed up onto the floor. Had a repair man come out 4 times to attempt to fix it and no luck. Other than that, the dishwasher does work well and dishes are always clean

Love the dishwasher! We choose Frigidaire because of owning their past appliances, reputation and being in business for decades. The inside has a lot more room than my old 20 some year old, now trashed one! I wasn't for sure I would like the controls on the top of door, but I love that feature....makes the front so clean looking not seeing a control panel. Take a look at pics!

This dishwasher never worked from factory and they won't fix it. We bought the house new from company, because of covid restrictions move in was delayed and appliance never worked and then their factory warranty expired and they won't make it right. Horrible service and company to do this to an elderly person on top of all this. Would never recommend and will never do business again

We do not like where y™™all placed the control panel. It is covered by the counter and can™™t be read.We also cannot stop it once it is started to add the ™forgotten™ dish that enevitably pops up.

This is by far the best dishwasher I've ever had. Sadly, in about 5 years, we will be selling our house. I'd love to take it with me! I will for sure be buying another one for the new house. It's beautiful, quiet and holds more than any other I've had. Thank you Frigidaire!!

We replaced our 7 year old Samsung stainless steel dish washer and we could not be happier with the performance and quality of the product AND we find the configuration of the racks is great and LOVE the oversized silverware tray for odds and ends that are too small for the racks. I did the install myself and it was an easy project with all of the access needed to hook everything up. The performance is great and we look forward to years of quality dish washing!

We had a Samsung. Broke constantly. Finally got new dishwasher. Next day delivery. Matches other appliances in color. Wish it opened when it dried. Doesn't have 3rd rack for utensils. Also wish it had a quick was cycle and a countdown clock. Other wise, works great. Dishes super clean. Little louder but I'll take clean dishes!

The inside is very spacious and organized. I could fit any type of bowl, plate, and Tupperware. The washing is also really good quality I haven™™t had instances where a dish came out dirty after the wash (which was the problem with last dishwasher). I would highly recommend product.

I bought this dishwasher in October of 2022 but it just got installed about 2 months ago due to having to wait until cabinets and counters got installed. I have tried everything to make this dishwasher work. within the first week of it being installed I had to buy another lower wash arm because it melted..... still my dishes are not getting wet and I am 90% sure the wash arms are not spinning. I have tried all different types of washing products but all of them just run down the inside of the door to the bottom of the unit and never wash away. The dishes never get wet. I am at a total loss of what to do.I flooded for Ida and struggled for over a year to get my house back so it is very disappointing to still not have a dishwasher.

Highly disappointed with this dishwasher. Doesn't wash detergent stays on the inside of the door or bottom of the unit. The lower wash arm has already melted and I had to replace it. Not once have I gotten this dishwasher to clean a load of dishes

This dishwasher was already in brand new home we purchased. We will eventually replace it with a better quality one. Doesn't have lids for utensil basket, the drawers are hard to close & they get stuck as you push them in, then the drawer slams to the back moving the dishes around. It washes the dishes & I make sure I use Cascade detergent & rinse aid.

Dishwasher works well. Is quiet, fits a good amount of dishes, simple to operate. Only criticism is dishes are often still damp hours later and I have to towel dry them as I am putting them away.

Only giving this four stars because of the Installation instructions. When installing the electrical supply you also need a star bit that is not listed in the tools. Additionally the recommended installation kit does not come with the conduit connector.
